[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was not just the comfort, but the form and fit of the pillow that changed my life. Having had sleep apnea and surgeries, this pillow gave me proper neck alignment, easier breathing and deeper sleep. The energy and life it gave me back allow me to consistently hit the gym early, fall asleep faster at the end of the day and I am pretty sure make me a better home chef. Even your dog will b e jealous of the happiness this thing gives you. Birds chirp more crisply, sunshine feels warmer and super models bring you coffee in the morning after you decide on this pillow. If you do not believe me, try it out and thank me later.

It's lower than I was expecting, does have a smell that I am sure will subside soon, and I did not have the proper pillow case. Overall I think I will be satisfied.

Beware: No returns on pillows!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two pillows (a neck pillow and a more normal shaped one) on a BOGO offer through Tempurpedic. I immediately hated both, which is fine, everyone has personal preferences, I guess. (Even though my girlfriend, roommate and various friends all laugh that there's no way anyone would want a pillow this thick and hard) But this company apparently doesn't accept returns! Even the company that shipped me my mattress accepts returns, why can't tempurpedic do it for their pillows? So now I'm stuck with over $100 worth of rock hard pillows that I wouldn't even give a guest. Great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
