Gets Softer Over Time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon first few uses I wasn't too satisfied, but I've started to realize that with more time, the pillow begins to mold to the shape of my head. It is getting more comfortable by the day, and I couldn't be happier.

Made a big difference

The Tempur-Neck Pillow Is Fantastic

Too firm for my liking

Cant use it because of the nasty chemical smell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gave it to my son for Christmas but when he opened it there was a strong chemical smell we figured it would air out and be fine it's about a month later and it still smell strong so he cant use it
