A lot smaller than expected and not supportive.

My girlfriend loved the one I had bought ages ago so I bought her one for Xmas. She and I were dissatisfied of it's support and size once you lay you head on it. It shrinks to almost paper thin proportions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I actually bought the pillow and there was an offer if u buy 1 get 2 and after I received my pillow and send them an email requesting my second pillow, it was delivered to me in 2 days. Thank you for the service and the amazing pillow

My favorite kind of pillow

I can't sleep without this neck pillow. My previous pillow was causing my neck to hurt, but this one is great and since getting this pill I have no more neck pain.

Not for small necks

I am 5'1" and very petite. My neck does not fit over the arch. I end up just propping my head up on the arch in an unnatural position. I wish this came in a smaller size because I need the arch support.

Supportive and Comfortable

Have had it since 1999- the same pillow

I have 2 herniated disks from sports as a teen and have had back pain for over 20 years. I bought this pillow in 1999 on a whim while walking the mall (I was in high school). It followed me to college and grad school and onto my adult life. I still have it. I still use it every day. When I travel, I bring it with me. It is my most prized possession. My husband and kid are not allowed to get anywhere near it. It changed my life and my sleep. THANK YOU!

Pillow was too firm.
