Chemical Odor

We purchased the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow online. When we opened the box, a horrible chemical odor immediately filled the air - and then when we smelled the pillow it was obvious there was some type of chemical on or inside the pillow. TEMPUR-PEDIC refuses to take the pillow back and give me a refund. I strongly discourage anyone from buying this pillow because of the possible harm, and surely don't deal with the company as the customer service is poor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect Contour Fit

I have been using Tempurpedic small neck pillows for many years now. It is just the right size for a small person, and it keeps me from having neck problems. Recently, Tempurpedic had a promotion - buy 1 pillow and get the 2nd one free. Since I was in need of a new pillow, I placed an order. The 2 pillows arrived quickly, but I was a little disappointed in the firmness of the pillows. They are a little softer than I would have liked. I needed some for a second bedroom so I put them there. I love these pillows, but I never know how firm they will be when I get them. I like my pillow to be a bit firmer when I first get it because it will break down over time. I wish there was more consistency in these pillows so I could be assured of getting a firmer pillow, which is what I expected to get.

Questionable quality

I don't know if quality controls have been lowered or if I was just unlucky in getting a bad batch of pillows. After almost four weeks there was still that terrible "off-gassing" and the pillows were very hard. I ended up taking a loss and selling the pillows for half of the purchased price.

Sweet and Smelly

I have slept on Tempur-pedic pillows and the Grand mattress for 15 years. I absolutely love the support and comfort of both. I recently purchased a new pillow and I am reminded of how long the strong smell last. I knead my pillow every morning and stand it on its end to help it air out all day. Each night I still need to cover my pillow with a hand towel and three pillow cases to mask the smell while I sleep. Although the smell is definitely inconvenient, I still prefer this pillow to any other pillow I have tried. I have back problems and a neck injury and so I will continue to sleep on Tempur-pedic products inspite of the strong aroma.

Great Pillow

I have serious problems with a stiff neck, especially if the pillow is not perfect. The TEMPUR-Neck Pillow fits me perfect. Minimal stiffness and soreness in the morning. Much less stiffness than with any other pillow I have ever had. It is very large for travel, but I bring it with me nearly every time I travel. I have never tried the travel size. Every few years I decide I will be OK with hotel pillows and occasionally am really disappointed (and uncomfortable). Hotel pillows usually are too big for me, and occasionally too small. This pillow is perfect.

Neck & Back Relief

I am a large, tall side sleeper. 6'4" and 200lbs. The distance between my neck and shoulders is 11". This is the ONLY pillow I have found that adequately supports my neck and helps to keep my spine properly aligned.

Flattens out

When I purchased this the pillow it felt completely supportive and substantial. Now, several months later, I find when I wake in the morning my head is flat on the mattress, there's no support at all. I hoped this would be a supportive pillow and it has not proven to be as expected.

Love my Tempur-Neck Pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow perfectly supports my neck and head in the right angle. I purchased one 10 years ago, and thought it was time to upgrade. The pillow is the exact same size as the original. I really like these pillows
