I love my pillow. It supports my neck when I sleep. Side sleep and back sleep both work out good. No more shoulder and neck pain. BEST PILLOW!

Quality and lives up to expectations

Have had neck pain leading to hand pain.Was unable to sleep at night.Purchased neck pillow and first use had best nights sleep in months.Expensive but worth every penny.Had tried other memory foam pillows but this product lives up to expectations

Love the pillow - hate the smell!

Post car accident - the best pillow for a good nights sleep - HOWEVER - The smell when it first arrives is horrific. I purchased my most recent pillow in March of 2019 and I have yet to be able to use it as it smells almost of a moldy/smokey scent. I'm told it is the chemicals of the product. Patiently waiting.....for it to be usable! YES - it has been out of the plastic and has been airing out since March 2019.....

I really wanted this pillow to workout for me...

This is not the first time I buy this kind of pillow and I really wanted this particular pillow to workout for me. I carefully read all the information about it and all the instructions on how to pick the right size... Unfortunately, it is to shallow,and therefore useless... I wasted my money on a pillow I can't use because it didn't support my neck... I should have bought the largest one... But it won't happen. I already have spent a lot of money and I'm not going to spend another $129 plus shipping and taxes... This pillow WAS my favorite... not any more...

The smell!

Have used one of these pillows for years and loved it but decided it was time to replace it. Bad idea!!! The replacement has been "airing" for months in an effort to remove the horrible smell. No luck....I am so disappointed in this product. It remains unusable.

Literally could not sleep without this pillow!

I broke my neck in '88, have had 4 head injuries & seizure disorders. Although I am very ambulatory, I deal with migraine headaches 24/7 since '88 & sleeping is out of reach most of the time without being drugged which I won't do. I slept right on the floor for 20 years, finally bought a mattress after my 57th surgery this past year & looked for this pillow! WOW! I'm now sleeping mostly through the night again! It's great! I had messed up my back so bad with the accidents & falls etc. But now doing so much better. I love this thing. I went through so much money looking for pillows! I have rotary cuff damage, had surgery, but the other pillows still dug in. Not this one! It lifts my neck just right & away from my shoulders. Even my 100 lb Service Dog is trying to "share it" during the night! Both hands used to be asleep in the morning whenever I would lay down on other pillows, but this pillow supports my neck just right & I haven't had those issues. I have a lot of degeneration in the neck after all of these years since the break repair, this pillow is a life saver for me! Right after my original surgery I had been given one of these and it eventually died. The tag was off & I couldn't find one. I searched for many years to no avail. PRAISE GOD I finally found you again! You have saved my sleep once again!

Durability and comfort

I have owned the same tempur-neck pillow for about 25 yrs. I was having neck and head issues and couldn't find a pillow that I slept comfortably with. I tried pillows of different thicknesses and I even tried a seed husk pillow and a couple of other unique style pillows. Any pillow would be comfortable for a few days up to two weeks. When I tried the Tempur-neck pillow, made it through the two wk period and has worked since then. I take it with me EVERYWHERE. I recently got my wife one for Valentine's Day and she loves it as much as I do. The pillow from Tempurpedic is what convinced me to own the mattress too. Sadly, they didn't make one with a cooling feature/layer way back then. One of these days I will donate mine and buy the upgraded one. Thank you Tempurpedic. I can't say enough about your memory foam product. Dan
