I've had nothing but tempurpedic pillows since 2002. The one I just bought is 4" shorter than I expected. Granted, I should have looked. But the pillows I got together make one long pillow. Not much better, but really. These are more like the little travel pillows I've had since 2002.

While the customer service was exceptional, the quality of these pillows not so much. I tried 3x to get a pillow that actually supported my neck and all of them arrived relatively flat and quickly lost the little bit of support they had. I have had these pillows before but as of late they have been horrible!

I have been having chronic neck pain and regular pillows just don't work. I researched and decided to try this pillow, because it's ergonomically designed shape, the benefits of memory form, and availability of various sizes (so I can choose one that fits me the best!). So far it has worked great. It has really helped to alleviate my neck pain. I highly recommend it!

Good material, poor sizing

Ordered the large neck pillow based on the recommended measurements on the site. Been using the pillow about a week now and I think it's a bit too high up, it hurts my neck. I looked at the return policy and Tempur doesn't allow refunds or exchanges on pillows, so I'm pretty much stuck with a $100+ pillow that doesn't fit me.

I purchased two new neck pillows and have found both to be much less supportive than my past neck pillows. The new pillows are much less firm than my older neck pillow, bordering on unusable.

I bought a bed ( 14 years ago)and the pillows came with it. My pillows needed to be replaced and my husband bought some other one. We bought a lot on defense brands. He then said we are going to try My Pillows. Will I couldn't sleep on any of them. So I put my foot down and told him I'm going to buy me a Tempur-neck pillow. And I'm so glad I did. I'm sleeping better and my neck doesn't hurt when I wake up. Love the pillows. Next time I'm buying the king size.

I have been using TP pillows for at least the last 20 years. The pillow that I received had the support of a roasted marshmallow. None . If you are a regular user of the original neck pillow this is not it. Stay away from this product.

Very flat

I was so excited to get my pillow, I've had neck problems for many years. The pillow itself is comfortable and has a great arch for my neck and shoulders my only issue is it's so flat!!! So most night I end up folding it in half and sleeping that way. Making for a restless sleep.. I would love any suggestions..maybe I should try a different pillow?
