Has been my favorite pillow for over 20 years. Very comfortable and helps with my neck. But this pillow has awful and I do mean awful chemical that I can't tolerate. I can't use the pillow and am very disappointed.

When I received the pillow, I was skeptical because the new one is shorter than my original one. I ordered the Large, firm pillow. It is pretty good, but no where did it say firm, just large. I like it but I wish you had kept the same size as my original one. I have had my original neck pillow since 1999 or 2000. I do love it though.

3 years ago I had purchased a set of these pillows and they was awesome, plush, comfortable, no matter how I would lay. Had a house fire bought these 2 pillows and there is no comparison. The new pillows are hard, uncomfortable and cause more pain than a stuffed pillow.

The pillow is really comfortable but I tend to toss a lot at night and the pillow isn't long enough for my movements. I have a queen mattress and the pillow takes up about an eighth of the bed. The dimensions were probably in the description so that's my fault for not checking.
