Initially, I ordered a medium-sized pillow but found it too thick for the base of my neck. I find the small size to be a perfect fit. I wish I could find pillow cases/covers to fit this pillow.

I have used this pillow since 2000. I was concerned about driving because my neck had gotten so stiff I couldn't turn my head freely and was afraid I might have an accident. I was amazed and thankful when the pillow solved my neck problem in just a week. I don't go away from home without my pillow.

The pillows are way too hard. Bought them online so I cannot return them. Haven't used them for more than 5 minutes. Would not have bought them if I had read the return policy. $300 for pillows I cannot use.

I've used a Tempurpedic mattress and pillow for years. I'm not 100% sure but the first pillow I bought I thought was a XL from a Chiropractor. It worked at the time perfectly for me. I can only now order them in a large, which is really not a perfect fit for me. I have to put a small throw under head for full support. Not sure if they changed them or iced changed. I have a hard time sleeping without my tempurpedic items.

Didn't work for me. Felt uncomfortable while sleeping and during mornings when I woke up. Did work for my husband.
