It's a well made pillow. I had one for the very first tempurpedic pillows like 20 years ago. It was perfect size and softness. The newer model seems to be a little harder and I got the large and it's a little too high where my head lays. I thought "large" meant length but it actually means height. If I order again I will definitely get the medium or even small.

The medium pillow is significantly smaller than it was before. I'm a petite person and I feel like the width of the pillow doesn't allow for rolling or movement left or right. There was also a horrible chemical smell 2 weeks later that has improved but is still noticeable. Disappointed.

Even through I got the large size, the pillow is not even large enough to fill the pillow case let alone support the curve of my neck when side sleeping. That said I still have to add an additional pillow under my head/neck for support. This was a waste of my money and I won't make this mistake again.

I love my regular tempurpedic pillow but these small pillows are pathetic. If I didn't live in maui I'd ship them back! I feel that the advertisement on this pillow was so very misleading. I thought I was getting a regular small. These are so thin I put two in one pillow case to try and beef them up. Ridiculous.

Very small/thin and no return policy

Be very careful when buying this. The pillow was very small and thin, more so than I thought when I bought it. We have had similar Tempur pillows in the past for years, this one is smaller. I was very, very frustrated to also learn that the expensive pillow has NO return policy. I'm sorry guys but if you sell something online, you should have to take it back if unused.
