I have used the Tempur-pedic cervical pillow since it came out originally. I have always useD the medium profile, and I've loved how it is helped the herniated disc's in my neck. The pillows have always been described as firm. But in 2019 it appears you have changed the formula and made the pillow extra firm. The extra firm is just too hard and it was quite uncomfortable to sleep on and had a negative affect on the herniated disc's in my neck. I'm hoping that you will go back to the normal firm in the near future. I have several friends with neck issues and they feel the same, and we have tried to fine the older models. I love your product but I'm really hoping that you will go back to how these were originally made and felt for all these many years before 2019.

There is no better quality or value. I bought this as a replacement for a pillow that I had had for decades after working for a chiropractor. There was no decline in functionality just thought it was looking a bit like the "Velveteen Rabbit".
