I used the pillow for about 4 weeks. About 1 week in I started to notice a lot of right shoulder and upper back pain, specially pertaining to my neck and shoulder region. At first attributed it to my job, as I sit a desk for a large percentage of my day. However, as the weeks progressed and I did not see improvement. I implemented yoga and professional massages, still no improvement. I decided to go back to my previous pillow and within less a week the pain had dissipated. I had high hopes and with all of the glowing reviews thought it would but a sound investment but I was disappointed.

I purchased the curved neck pillow. I have had one for many years, was very happy with it and decided to purchase a new one. The new one had a HORRIBLE odor. I called the company. I was told to wash the cover and air out the pillow. I did this for 2 weeks. It still smelled terrible. Out of shear frustration I finally threw it out. I went back to using my original pillow. I was completely dissatisfied with the product.

This pillow helps me keep my neck in the right position while I sleep. It's also tough to be on my phone while I'm laying on this pillow which is great! I shouldn't use my cell phone in bed anyway.

I need neck support for cervical stenosis. The two support rolls are too close together, so that your head hits the other one instead of having a place to nestle into when your neck is on one of the support rolls. It's also VERY HARD, LIKE A ROCK. No way to get comfortable at all. So disappointed in this new design. Tried for three nights and woke up with a worse headache than I did with my old worn out pillow.

Waste of Money-Buyer Beware

I purchased two of these pillows to replace the exact same pillow that I purchased several years ago. The difference between the older version and the newer version is stark. While the pillow is described on the website as "firm" (and my original pillow was firm) the new version is squishy like a sponge and provides little to no support. Don't even try to sleep on your side or you will wake up with a terrible crook in your neck and/or a sore shoulder. And written in the small print is that this pillow cannot be returned, even if you believe the material is defective because it is soooo soft. Tempurpedic charges in incredible amount of money for a terrible product...buyer beware...this pillow is NOT firm and provides no support for your neck.

I haven't used the pillow yet because it has a very strong chemical smell. I have 3 Tempur Pedic mattresses and pillows. I have used Tempur Pedic for 18 years and I have never had any problem with smell on any of their products. It's been about 6 weeks since I aired out the pillow but it still has a bad smell to it. I hoping soon I can use it since I can't return it. So disappointed since I love my other Tempur Pedic products .
