Bought this about 2 months ago and have not been able to use it due to the strong odor. It has a plastic smell. I washed the pillowcase and I find the odor to still be too strong still and have not been able to use it.

I didn't think I would like this pillow at first. I thought my head would be tilted to far back, but I was wrong. With the memory foam, it adjusts to my head and I haven't had any issues. I have slept every night, all night long.. I love this pillow!!!

The base of my skull gets really tight and causes tension headaches and this pillow relieves that tension. It's great for back sleepers. You have to have a longer neck for it to be super comfortable for side sleeping

For the first year or so it was good, but now that it's a few years old it is NO longer a memory pillow it's flat where I lay on it and just kills my neck. So I want to know if it can be washed and brought back to life??? For a one hundred dollar pillow it should last for years and years..

I was so excited and loved the idea about the neck pillow, I got the smallest size and it still doesn't fit my neck. I wish there was another neck pillow for smaller framed women. It sucks it was so expensive, still love the company
