I have had an older Tempurpedic neck pillow for the last 7/8 years, so I was long overdue for new pillows. I loved my old ones, so I knew I wanted good quality pillows again. I like my new pillows. They are super comfortable, but there are a few caveats: The first issue: I took my measurements and ended up buying the wrong size pillows. I bought two of these, so now both pillows are the wrong size. I thought I was a medium, but I needed a large. This was not apparent until I slept on it a few times. In this case, they would not accept my pillow to be returned (which is understood, but still frustrating). The second issue: the material on the outside of the material cant keep a pillowcase in place. It's like they greased the outside of the pillow (joking)! Regardless, I go to bed with a standard cotton pillowcase on, and I wake up on the bare pillow. My solution - I bought fleece/flannel pillowcases, and that helped. But the pillows still slide out after excessive movement.

Over the years I tried a plethora of pillows, but when I stumbled onto these pillows I have never looked back. They are exceedingly comfortable for back and side-lying sleepers. Over time they will get a bit less resilient and then it's time to replace them, but that's several years down the road. I think that I am on my 4th generation of these pillows and could not be happier.

I originally bought this pillow 1 year ago and loved it. I recently bought one for my husband, and yes the shape was the same but the firmness was completely different. It is extremely soft and doesn't give any support. I contacted tempur pedic about it, who said that they stand by their products and will not exchange the pillow..very disappointing.... The first pillow helped my neck, b by the second has no support. It's just sitting in the box still in our living room for over a month. It's so expensive that it hurts to just throw it out. the reason we liked this pillow was for the support but the quality is not the same at all! The one star is for the lack of consistency with the product..

I have had lots of headaches associated with neck pain every morning and someone recommended this pillow for me. After using this pillow now for almost 4mths I have no more neck pain or headaches. This is my forever pillow, even when traveling I take it with me to hotels because this is the only pillow that works for me

Decent support, but rigid & difficult during sleepoddly

Odd shape, basically square. Traditional pillow case does not fit. The pillow is a rigid square shape that isn't easy to adjust when you change position during the night.

Purchased this pillow (I have an older model that is falling apart) and it's advertised as firm - this is not the same firmness and squishes down so it doesn't do what I need it to do. You have another one that is a narrower profile but it's also not firm and too low profile -I bought two pillow which are brand new and sit in the top of my closet. I was very disappointed that it could not be returned for a refund
