Usually don't write reviews, but I feel I should for something like a pillow you use everyday. I got the pillow in December and maybe it's because I got the wrong size (I followed the directions when measuring my neck to ensure this didn't happen), but it hurts. My neck hurts always on whatever side I sleep on, and my chest also hurts all the time from sleeping on the side with this pillow. Im not sure this is the best pillow for a side sleeper. I wake up feeling sore, and because these pillows are so expensive I feel bad throwing it away. It's currently in my guest room.

Simply too hard

This causes head and neck pain within one or two uses. The contour shape might be a good idea, but the pillow would work better if it were fatter and softer to prevent pain. I imagine that a fatter pillow wasn't aesthetically pleasing nor practical with foam when they were designing these. I suggest trying Tempur's other, softer pillows with the traditional shape or another brand of foam pillow altogether. I am a side sleeper and have been using a cheap, thin, doubled-over pillow for years with the folded edge stuffed under my neck. I thought this pillow could accomplish something similar with less fuss. Didn't happen.

I love tempur neck pillows but sadly I will no longer be purchasing them. We have a king size bed and a travel size pillow just doesn't cut it!

Flattest pillow ever

Horrible. Smells terrible (so bad I wouldn't use it if just because of the smell) and is so flat no one in my family can use it and that includes my 9 year old daughter. Can't return it. Might as well have set my money on fire

The Best Pillow Ever!

This pillow has saved my life. Before using I had terrible neck, shoulder and upper arm pain. Happy to say the pain and discomfort are totally gone. It seemed like it happened overnight!

I've owned a Temper pedic bed and pillow for over 20 years. I recently replaced my original pillow with a new one. It isn't nearly as supportive as my old one. Not sure what materials have been substituted, but surely isn't the same or better!
