The pillow was so hard I could not sleep on it. It hurt my next. I had to return it for a new one that was just as hard. I could not get a refund. I'm very unhappy with it.

I have had a temper-pedic bed for years and I regret waiting this long to finally purchase a pillow. Order it now. You will be thrilled. I have never slept better.

I was a stomach sleeper but the twisted position of my neck was getting to be too much. The comfort of having the back of my neck cradled means I can spend most of the night on my back with occasional side positioning. I find the pillow comfortable when on my side as well.

I have been using this pillow for over 15 years. 10 years ago experienced a severe neck injury and surgery. This pillow provides the support and comfort of none other. I have recommended and sold this pillow to over 50 people, all of which express greater comfort and better sleep. I never travel without my Tempur-Pedic pillow. Recommend washing pillowcase prior to use.

We bought the small pillow based on the shoulder width guidelines but it is TINY and way too small to use. They don't even make pillow cases for a pillow this small! It probably would have been very comfortable if it was bigger. They are non-returnable so make sure you go for the medium or large first time round and don't waste your money.

My fiancé has had this pillow since we got our first temper pedic bed in 2007:) we've upgraded to the cloud ergo since then and he's kept the same pillow and refuses to use any other memory foam pillow.. luv luv luv this pillow!
