I had one of these pillows before and I loved it. It also lasted a long time. The pillow I just ordered was VERY small and disappointing. The support is below average. I expected it to be the same size as a standard pillow...it is not! It drowns in an average pillow case.

I have used this kind of pillow for several years now and I can't sleep without it. I'm 5'3" 127 lbs and the medium fits my neck perfectly. Great quality, great workmanship. The cover is washable and can be removed very easily. Great product.

I bought a king size neck pillow several years ago. It was quite long. I needed to replace it, and found that Tempurpedic no longer made the long, king size neck pillow. Instead, I receive a very small pillow, way way too small. The depth, density, hardness are all great, but I need it longer. Very frustrating. Aside from the dimensions of the pillow, it's great. Not one store in the area, or even on-line with the Tempurpedic website could resolve this, so I went ahead and bought the short neck pillow.

This pillow is softer, i.e., less firm than the previous TEMPUR-PEDIC I owned and thought I was replacing. Therefore, I did not get what I thought I would get and it is not as useful to me as I expected it to be.

I purchased my third medium neck pillow, due to a neck injury, and found that it was soft, and not as supportive as my previous pillows, that were very therapeutic. Being very disappointed in the inconsistent quality of the pillow, I contacted customer service and was not offered a replacement pillow, and am unable to use the pillow.
