I always had this stiff neck every morning felt like I slept on the wrong side of the bed . I thought I might try neck pillow . My neck felt fine next morning . So I have one at my daughter's house so I can sleep good when I stay at her house. Now I know why this neck pillow shape looks like this . No more stiff neck in the mornings. I told all of my friends about this pillow .great neck pillow.

Ever since I've purchased my new neck pillow I have been able to sleep a lot faster. Before I use to struggle back and forth with getting my neck in the right position for me to go to sleep. Those struggles are long gone now! I can finally say GOODBYE to those insomnia nights, waking up out of nowhere because of an uncomfortable pillow. Thank you Tempur Pedic for my amazing pillow!

I have been only using TEMPUR-Neck pillows for over 20 years! They usually last me 3-5 years before they start feeling too soft and lose the support that I need for my neck. However, the most recent pillow I purchased is much softer than the pillows I had previously. I don't feel like my neck is as supported and I have more pain when I wake up. Disappointed.

I use to have one of these pillows and LOVED it......what I recently ordered and received was NOTHING compared to what I had. This pillow is so small that it drowns in a regular size pillow case. It is not very supportive compared to what I had!!! I am just blown away at the lack of quality. So disappointed.

This pillow really supports your neck. The size small is perfect for a woman. I like one with the down Sleep Number cover, and one for back sleeping. I use silk pillowcases. I've had it for years, and tried others, but none is like this! It lasts a long time too.

The website describes the pillow as 20 inches wide, but it was only 18 inches wide. I called and they said they would send a replacement. It was also only 18 inches wide also. I called again and they said the website says the measurements are estimates. I can understand it being off by a fraction of an inch, but being consistently short by 10% doesn't seem right. I like the neck support and the material.
