The pillow forms nicely to the neck. The medium is a little smaller than a standard pillow. Makes the body realigned and in the process your neck uses different muscle. Not the most Comfortable pillow but it works

The pillow is extremely small, it's not at all firm like a tempur pedic pillow I had years ago, plus it's too small for a king size bed. Not worth the money.

We have KING size bed and Tempurpedic only offers limited sizes. Please offer more or bigger sizes in length. We have to keep our original pillows in order to make the bed look complete and done.

An averagee qeen size or even standard average pillow is much bigger. This pillow is way too small for size. even an standard pillow case is too big to fit properly. Quality is good consideringvthe price.

I got spoiled from my prior Tempur-Pedic neck / back pillow (lasted 10 years!) Quality is just not there with the new one - the substance just isn't the same. I bought a medium and it was too high so I bought a small still have a hard time sleeping on it -!I've spent a lot of money for these two pillows only to have difficulty sleeping on them. Not happy :-( please bring back prior pillow - it was wonderful

you can't really use this pillow because its too tiny. I really wish I would have noticed how this was labeled "small"-- it does nothing for my neck because the pillow isn't thick enough

The quality is great- obviously it's a tempurpedic, but this specific pillow was a total let down. I was using the Tempur pillows that were included with our mattress for the past 6 years. Over time they broke down and lost shape, but that's expected when they're 6 years old! I recently started having side/back neck pain so I figured this style would help being a side/back sleeper, but I was wrong. It's not thick nor firm enough (I did measure correctly). I would definitely not purchase this pillow again and I would also advise you to not waste your money on one. If you're looking for a pillow stick to one of their normal styles of pillows.

Smaller than expected and not firm at all. Despite taking head/neck measurements, it really offers no support, even for a small individual. Perhaps it would be acceptable for a child. Fortunately, we got this pillow as a BOGO. Unfortunately, we wasted our BOGO on this pillow.
