Great pillow for neck support

Comfortable and supportive. It does not smell unlike the mattress topper that I purchased along with it.

I have to be honest with you and say that its not as good as your regular shaped memory foam shaped pillows and I just love those. I truly wish that I would have bought them instead. I can only give them about a 2 since they are not able to support my injured neck like I had hoped. Love your other products however I won't be able to continuing using these. I was so optimistic about them in hoping that they would work for me. What a disappointment for me. USAF Retired

I feel I was misled by the photos used to promote this product in social media ads. I got sucked in by the buy one get one deal and admittedly didn't check the fine print about the actual specs. I assumed a "medium" would be a standard pillow, since it looks to be so in the photo. But in reality, it is about the size of an airline neck pillow. I got some covers for them and my dog now enjoys laying on them on the couch, but I would not recommend these pillows if you are looking for something for your bed.

Wish tempurpedic would make a wider neck pillow. If I shift at night, I fall off this narrow pillow. A wider pillow would also fit the bed and pillowcase better.

I honestly bought this pillow as a gift to my sister since she her beloved Tempur-Neck pillow went missing. With the buy one get one deal, I decided to try it myself. While we don't LOVE it (hence the 4 stars) both my husband and I have found this pillow comfortable and it has left my back feeling okay even on a mattress that usually leaves me in pain after I sleep on it. I think I may need more lift under my neck as it feels a bit low for me even though I got the recommended size. It's not MY perfect pillow but it's hard to imagine that this isn't someone else's.

I had to return these pillows. I bought as an extra since my current temper-pedic pillow is still working fine. I have used the very special Tempur-Pedic Pillow (small) for 15 years via the advice of my chiropractor. I cannot move my head if I don't sleep on this type pillow. Unfortunately, these pillows were different than the previous 3 I have owned. They were very soft and my neck collapsed on them. I had to send them back...............very sad. I am unsure what I will buy in the future.

Do not buy this pillow unless you want your neck to be supported by a wet noodle. The description says extra firm but it is the exact opposite. I own the Tempur-Cloud pillow which lists extra soft in the description, and this neck pillow is softer and less supportive than that. False advertising.
