Good pillow but a little thin

Best neck support for sleep

Best pillow EVER!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my tempurpedic pillow and cannot sleep with anything else. I have neck pain if I use another pillow, due to arthritis which bothered me for years. The temperpedic makes such a difference in my quality of life!! I bought when it was buy one get one at half price. My workmate was having neck issues so I gave one to her. She could not thank me enough and loves her pillow too! Best pillow ever!!!

Best pillow yet for my bad neck!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used to own one years ago and loved it. Tried many of the new pillows out there but came back to the Tempurpedic Neck Pillow. Best one out there. Nice contours (using the Large) and perfect firmness for me.

It took a night or two to get used to the pillow. I was pretty sure I hated it. Its one of those pillows you sleep on and you don't feel like you're sleeping on a cloud, but when you wake up in the morning you realize you slept through the full night and you didn't have to adjust or flip your pillow. I bought 2 and am glad I did. This one has not gone flat or soft like many other temperpedic pillows I have had in the past.

Wow. And not a good wow. Either they sent me the wrong pillow, or the quality on the TEMPUR-Neck pillow has gone WAY down. I've been using these pillows for over 15 years, and finally replaced my latest one because it just got too mushy for me. The new pillows are mushier than the one I was replacing! I've been trying to make due, but I've been waking up with a stiff, painful neck since I started sleeping with one of the new ones. I am SO disappointed, because Tempur-pedic has been my go-to pillow for YEARS, I even take it on vacation with me because I can't sleep without it. If this soft, mushy pillow is the new version, I don't know what I'm going to do, because it's just not firm enough to support me, as the pillows I've purchased in the past have been.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I feel like it is a little small and the neck support is too low so I have to use it backwards. Would have loved to be able to try it first to get the right fit. Quality is great.
