[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best pillows for my neck's herniatic discs and atrophy. No "collar" just "roll" to support next so can go from side to back sleeping with ease. These are my 2nd pair - replaced after 5 yrs and bumped up a size from small to medium. Small was little too flat for me I found. Medium 1/2 in higher roll so more support and movement. Highly recommend!!!

My neck and shoulders have not felt tense or tired when I wake up. I think this pillow is even correcting my posture. Love it!

Out of the largest size and it's literally smaller than my kid's pillows. I compared it to my old memory foam pillow, which is a queen size, and it's about 5 inches shorter. I don't understand the sizing of their pillows. When you put it onto a king size bed like I have, it looks so out of place.
