My boyfriend uses his pillow on the thicker side and I use the thinner side. We recently slept without our Tempurpedic pillows and boy could we tell the difference in the morning! I highly recommend this product, along with the mattress!

Love this pillow. I've had 2 neck surgeries and am often in pain. Bought and tried a "my pillow" brand and returned it the next day. The tempurpedic pillow is the best!!! Has a nice place to cradle your head and support your neck; especially if you are a back sleeper.
