I was disappointed when i received the neck pillow. It was very narrow in width. It felt like it was designed for a child or someone that layed perfectly still at night. I should have looked at the dimensions more closely before purchase. Thankfully Tempur had allowed me to return the pillow and swap out for another (breeze pro adapt pillow) which i love.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure how to use the pillow, which way to lay on it and weather to sleep on my side or back. After some time of experimentation I found it is a back sleeper for me. I enjoy it now. The first few weeks ot was uncomfortable. That was just me adjusting to it. I feel like it keeps me in a much better posture at night and I wake up with less neck and back pain.
