Foam less dense-not as supportive, cushiony as old versions

Bought two of these long ago (20 years or more, seriously,) when there was only one size (small.) Bought a medium one maybe a year ago - size is better, but foam was less dense and "cushiony" feeling. The size is better but not the foam. Bought two more approx 2 weeks ago - medium size - foam is much, much less dense. Feel is too "airy," not as supportive and cushiony.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Comfy but wrong size for me

Read fine print before purchase

Bought two for my mother to replace her old ones, but the design is different and not as firm as previous model. Tried returning or even exchanging for a larger model since one pillow was still unopened. Was told all sales are final purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worth Every Penny

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had purchased my pillow after a car accident and I am extremely thankful that I did. The TEMPUR material is hands down the best. I feel as if I'm laying on a 5 star hotel pillow but better. The plush feel has a slow response to pressure but gives you more than enough neck support. My overall experience has been awesome. I did visit one of their stores and their customer service made me feel even more comfortable. Thanks Tempurpedic for keeping me in line.

I have been using this product for well over two months. I wake up everyday with a stiff neck. I followed the instructions for measuring what size to purchase and purchased a medium pillow, however, I think it raises my neck to high which causes my neck pain. I think a small would have been much better. I am very unsatisfied with my purchase.
