Way too soft

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a small neck pillow because I had one years ago that was very supportive. Apparently these are completely different now. It's way too soft and not supportive at all. I have neck problems which is why I ordered, and apparently returns are not allowed with this product. Pretty disappointed!

Superior Comfort & Quality - what's not to love!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before owning this pillow I had tried unsuccessfully to jerry-rig it's shape with other pillows. As a massage therapist I'm hyper-aware of alignment and this pillow has it all - properly aligns the neck - side or back-sleeping - and moreover my neck melts into it. Love it!

Saved me after shoulder surgery!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempurpedic neck pillow supports my neck and head in perfect alignment. Have to sleep on my back for shoulder surgery recovery. I'm able to sleep deeply and wake up feeling rested. Sleep is the most important factor in healing the body and mind. I would highly recommend this pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the same pillow back in 2010 and Loved It! Loved it so much that I wanted a new one. The new one I received was way less firm and seems much less quality. I will not be recommending or purchasing this product again.
