I've been using temperpedic neck pillows for 26 yrs. Introduced to me by my chiropractor at the time. I loved the comfort. But your product has changed significantly. The last time I purchased 3 of these were at a Bookstones. And they have lasted along time. If I'm correct they used to be made from Swedish foam. And I would take it wherever I went. 1 think in the cold weather the pillow would become very stiff. And once back in the warmth of indoors it would become softer. But not this new foam that's being used today. Not near the quality and comfort of the original product. I very mined the price. Because the quality. After all these years of loving these pillows. I'm back to square 1. Now I will have to start looking for a new neck pillow. This new 1 will never last and it's not supportive at all. Too bad this wonderful pillow has been cheapened.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can't sleep without it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is extremely comfortable and supportive in the right places. I'm normally a side and back sleeper and it supports my neck perfectly. The quality is top notch and I was glad to see almost all of this pillow was made in America.

Bad neck and disc herniations, my neck hurts everyday. When I lay down On my pillow it's such a relief ! Helps pain immediately! Love it. Probably need to upgrade mine since it's the first generation..

Very small

This one is very small, but can't be returned even I didn't open the package. The website is very tricky, you need click the + button to see the return policy, it's just said may not be returned. Normally, I think many people like me won't check everything very carefully, only focus the products. I understand it's personal products, so I didn't open the package and call them for returns, but I don't understand they still don't accept returns. However, I couldn't return, then used it, it's not comfortable for me, sigh. It's very very bad shopping experience. Maybe for this kind of commodity, should go to store to check and buy it. Just reminder, before buying it, click the + button to check everything carefully.

Comfortable and supportive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having really bad neck and shoulder pain when I would wake up in the morning. I decided to try out this pillow and it's been amazing! It's supportive, but also so soft and cloud like. It retains its shape. Highly recommend if you wake up with neck or shoulder pain and especially if you are a side sleeper or you sleep on your back.
