[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own 2 neck pillows! My neck doesn't hurt when I sleep on them. I let a friend borrow one of mine (from my guest room) and reported immediately pain relief. I cannot recommend these pillows enough!!!!

When I chose the large, I thought it was longer in size, but when I received the pillow I was surprised to find that the word 'large', refers to the height of the pillow and not the length of the pillow (but that was never specified when I bought it online). I am very disappointed and would have liked them to exchange it for a shorter and longer one because I suffer from neck and back problems, but they told me they don't do exchanges or refunds.

The pillow is smaller than I expect but man this pillow is great it's comfy for me and I don't snore anymore my throat, doesn't hurt and my wife is happy she gets to sleep comfortably again.

Regret buying a pillow here. It made my spine and neck problems worse. It can't be returned or replaced.

Way too small!

I ordered the small pillow based on the measurement guide. It is so tiny! The smaller side is about one inch tall. The bigger side is maybe three inches tall. I'm 5'4" and I'll never be able to use it. It would be perfect for a small child. I understand the no return policy, but now I'm stuck with a pillow that I've never slept on and will never be able to use. It would be great if I could at least exchange it.

Sadly to say that the quality of the pillow is not the same as it used to be. I would really appreciate it if they maintain the integrity of the quality. I would pay double the amount for the same quality it used to be. Please consider bringing back the top notch quality it used to be..... your customers like me would be more than happy to pay more for the quality. Everytime there is a sale for pillows I always receive defective pillows. I don't know what that is about..... I hope my sincere comments can help in improving the quality of your wonderful pillows that I 'used' to love so much. I am not the only customer who feels this way. All my family members, and friends that I have introduced this pillow to feel the same. Please bring back the quality of your Tempur-Pedic neck pillows. Your loyal customer

Beware, size doesn't match

I purchased the small Tempur-Neck pillow which is supposed to be 3.5" tall. Now, the site specifies that sizes are approximate, but does not say by how much. My pillow ended up being 3 1/8" tall. I spoke with both returns department and warranty department, and apparently this much difference is not considered a defect. I was told different measurements as the margin for variance by different representatives. No one could provide me with proof of how I was to know that this much variance could be expected, only that the site lists that "sizes are approximate". The representatives I spoke to were polite, but overall I would say customer service was not good. You could try this pillow in store before buying (like I did), but that doesn't mean you can count on getting the right size pillow when you order.
