I bought this neck pillow with a BOGO. It is definitely not the same pillow I have bought in the past. I had a back store for 12 years and sold Tempur-Pedic so I know the product. Very disappointed this time. If Tempur-Pedic is using this foam, I will not be buying any more.

I have purchased this same pillow many times over the past 10+ years, and I replace it once it looses its firmness. This new pillow is too soft, in fact it's less firm than the one I was replacing. There was no choice indicated for a less or more firm pillow, so I thought this one was the same firmness as I purchased previously. I am disappointed.

I gave it a shot even though it got bad reviews for comfort, size, and smell...and I did it because I invested in their mattresses and pillows in the past and loved those items! But this product is really not worth the price. After weeks of use (I gave it a shot!), my neck is still sore. It's really flat and only fits half of a standard pillowcase. Also the chemical smell is still there. This company needs to listen to all these bad reviews and offer a high-quality product (like the rest of its line). Very disappointing.
