I ordered the small size per shoulder measurement but maybe medium would have been a better fit. I only use the pillow for lying on my back-it doesn't work for side sleeping for me. It was also more firm than I expected compared to other contour pillows I have. I do not wish to discredit the pillow in any way because pillow preferences are individually specific-if I could have exchanged mine for a medium I would have but return policy forbid it and I personally could not justify another purchase which might not have fit either. The pillow is very high quality and I am sure many will find it to be perfect for sleeping-However, I did not.

Really wanted to love this pillow however it feels much too small. Constantly readjusting throughout the night, for example, if I roll over, there isn't enough pillow to be comfortable. Tried the large as well, same issue. I have a king sized bed and, while I love the firmness of this pillow it doesn't keep up with the space I seem to cover.

Long time customer here, just bought 2 of these and for my surprise the pillows are so bad that now I wake up with neck aches. Do not recommend anymore.

Bought a new pillow , it's just as soft as the five year old one I already have ! Looks like quality has gone down hill. I returned it. No need for it the old one was the same as the new one ??!!

Hard as a rock

I have used these pillows for years. My most recent one was stolen last year. I haven't had a good pillow since so I decided to purchase a new medium neck pillow. There was a special that day so I got 2 for the price of 1. Both are hard as a rock - can't find a comfortable position, woke up with neck and shoulder soreness. Very disappointed.
