Neither my wife nor I agree with their recommendations on measurements. At this point, neither of us use the pillow. It also is awkward in a pillow case.

The quality of the product is excellent. I have severe neck issues and can only you this type of pillow. Overall the experience has been positive and I have been able to sleep better since purchasing this pillow. My condition is severe as mentioned earlier so it is hard to find a pillow that is perfect for my specific needs. This pillow has been an improvement over my previous one so in that regard I can say it is a good pillow. Is it perfect for me, not exactly but again my condition isn't the best. Overall I would recommend this pillow to those who suffer from neck pain while sleeping. It is firm enough but not to firm, it is actually quite comfortable compared to other pillows I've used.

So so so small. Smaller than the twin sized pillows I was trying to replace on my king bed. I am sure there was sizing info somewhere in the details but I've never encountered such a small "large" pillow before. And even though it is still in the packaging I am now stuck with two of them. Annoying. I have no idea how they feel because they look like child pillows on my king bed so I can't use them.

this is my 3rd pillow . I loved my previous 2 pillows but you have changed them somehow . I always got the large size as i did this time . Now the large is too big for me . I did not shrink . I put my old pillow next to the new one and they are different . I am very dissapointed , i have a neck injury and my tempur is the only one i liked . I gave it away because i was pretty angry

Very much did not enjoy the pillow and it was much too firm. I was unable to return the product due to me opening the packaging and now don't know what to do with it. It was very painful as a side sleeper as there was not nearly enough support for my shoulder.

Because I use a CPAP machine, it works best for me to use a very firm contour pillow. This one does not fit the bill. Too soft. However, there were 2 and I can use them both to create the same effect. And that is the only reason I didn't return them.

Kept waking up with migraine headaches, so bought this

I've had the pillow for one week. The good news is that I have stopped waking up with a headache. The bad news is that this pillow isn't comfortable at all. I keep telling myself, when I wake up in the middle of the night due to being uncomfortable, that it's worth it because I won't have a migraine in the morning. In summary: I'm glad I don't have a migraine when I wake up, but I'm not getting a comfortable night's sleep. I seem to have exchanged one problem (morning migraines) for another problem (unpleasant sleep). Oh well. If I have to choose which problem to keep, it's the uncomfortable sleep (because migraines are the worst!!).
