I bought this pillow to replace my current TempurPedic neck pillow. These are nowhere near as good as the older ones. These are tiny little pillows that are super soft with zero support. And TempurPedic won't accept returns. Huge waste of money.

It is really disappointing that Tempurpedic does not stand behind their products and offer returns. This is a tiny pillow that offers no neck support. Will not buy this brand again.

I have been buying this pillow for the past 20 years. One every year. I recently bought 2 for my husband and myself and was so disappointed. They are both so soft and feel like there is nothing to them. Not like the older ones at all. I don't know what I'll do now.

Great product, had one before and will always have one to help with neck pain. This was my first purchase in the US and with the measuring system for H/M/L. I went medium based on measuring comfortably in the middle of the range but after a few nights felt I could have done with the high. The pillow is also extremely small length ways - it drowns in a standard pillow case - and doesn't leave much room for turning. If they fixed this it would be a 5* review!
