Good Price, Lack of Support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had purchased this product during a promotion deal, so I was happy with the price I paid for the pillow. However, as someone looking for a pillow with more firmness, I was disappointed with the Tempur-neck pillow. It did not provide as much "extra-support" as I would've liked or expected. I found it to be as firm or even less so than the cloud pillow and probably would just opt for that in the future. I think it would be a good pillow for others that don't require as much support though.

Great pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is great! It feels soft, but has a firm support when you lay on it. I thought I would need a large size because I am 6'-4" 210 lb athletic build but found a medium was actually perfect. I was having neck pain with previous pillows and now none so ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband & I are devoted back/side sleepers and had been struggling with back & neck pain in recent years. We tried several different traditional pillows, and these changed our lives starting on night 1! We sleep so much more comfortably and now use 1 pillow each where we'd have 2-4 before. We'll never go back to traditional pillows!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a while for me to adjust using the neck pillow. In fairness getting proper support after years of not having it, was a little uncomfortable. But once that passed, the pillow feels amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently I found a great BOGO deal On the TempurPedic website and purchased a pair of new pillows. Let me say that the old ones are 15 yrs old and still perfectly fine but now they become travel pillows. Lol Anyway, I received only one. When I reached out to them they were massively courteous. They got another one to me in 3 days! Now that's the service I've known from TempurPedic for 15 yrs. They're the best for very good reasons. I've not had ONE bad night's sleep in 15 years. Perfect rest everytime, every night.

10 year old loves only this pillow
