Cheaper foam. Not as good as the original Tempurpedic pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TEMPUR Neck Pillow claims to be firm, but when you lay on it you sink down to the mattress. I'm of average build, so I wasn't expecting this when purchasing a "firm" pillow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worth the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous TP pillow was very old and started to hurt my neck. I paid for 2 day shipping and ended up getting it in 3 days. Not happy about that but the pillow is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow was both firmer and larger than I expected, but that just means that it does an even better job supporting my neck. (And my neck is sensitive since I got rear ended a few years ago.)
