Good pillow mostly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is great except I think the profile is too shallow. I measured my neck to shoulder and picked the pillow they said would fit for me for a side sleeper but it's still too shallow for me and ends up hurting my shoulder. I have to put another thin pillow under it every night to make it the right height. Otherwise I like it a lot. Just wish it were taller to accommodate my shoulder width.

It conforms to your head and neck and is not too soft or too hard, just perfect (we got the firm)! Highly recommend Tempur-Neck Pillows!

I have been searching for this pillow for years and did t o ow it existed until I house sat for a friend and she had one on her bed. I slept so well with it, looked at the tag and immediately ordered 2. It supports my neck and head just how I need it. I am a back sleeper and I have slept with a neck roll and a pillow for years just trying to get the support I like, and I just found it all in one pillow! Best pillow ever!

Supportive, Lacks Comfort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TEMPUR-Neck Pillow definitely supports the neck, there's no question about it, and I appreciate the support. My only issue with the product is it's very hard, and my only feedback would be to incorporate some level of comfort or cushion into the foam to help with the stiffness. I prefer the original pillow more than this one as it supports and is comfortable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
