Good quality. Just not the smell when it comes in package.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like my neck pillow. It took a while to get use to it, but I am happy with it. I didn't like the smell as I do not use any chemical cleaners & the pillow definitely had strong chemical smells. I left to air it & also sprayed with non toxic essential oil sprays. I would like non toxic material/fabric.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My neck feels worse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave it a good three months and my neck is worse off. I'm switching back to my old pillow because, after 1 night back, it already feels better. I think I just need something firmer. Other experiences may vary.

Very comfortable but too low

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a side sleeper and my ear is often painful from most pillows. This pillow is so soft but still supportive for my neck. I used the chart to figure out the right size. But it is too small so I added something else underneath it so it's now the right size. I should have ordered a size bigger than recommended.

Good Neck Support

Great product

After exchanging the small for the medium (I sent it back unopened), I wish I had stuck with the small sized one. The medium size is great for when I sleep on my sides, but I'm finding that I sleep on my back for the most part. When I sleep on my back with the medium pillow, it stretches out my neck muscles too much and ends up straining my neck. Lately I've switched to the other side and that helps a bit. Moral of the story: go with the smaller size! Otherwise I'm happy with it. It does great at supporting my neck when I sleep, I just got the wrong size which was my fault.
