[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is very nice but doesn't last a long time.. generally a year and a half before it needs to be replaced. Very comfortable during that time though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had originally started using the tempurpedic neck pillow many years ago when they first came out, and I was very happy with it. Over, the years I've tried MANY other styles of pillows, including several other tempurpedic styles of pillows. None worked very well for me. I would continually end up with terrible neck pain that would last for days (sometimes weeks). I recently purchased the original style neck pillow again, this time with the cooling gel. I have had it for several weeks now and I've been sleeping SO much better! No more neck pain, I can't believe I waited so long to get another one of these pillows! I will definitely recommend it to anyone struggling with neck pain. Love it!

A great product, a great pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dual position memory foam pillow is ideal for me, since I am a sleeper who alternates between back and side sleep positions. The optimal pillow height for these positions is different, and the Tempur-pedic pillow provides them on opposite sides. This is my second pillow of this type, and the first one lasted 25 years!

Saved me from multiple chiropractor visits a week

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My chiropractor recommended this pillow and it is absolutely GREAT. I take it with me when I travel. I've had bad whiplash and spinal cord damage from riding accidents. I don't have to be readjusted nearly as often as I used to be! LOVE it

Years-long neck pain gone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a medium sized pillow- I realized other pillows were too thin/thick and squishy, and was keeping my head tilted up and putting stress on the back of my neck. The firmness and contour of this one is just enough. I've suffered from pinched nerves and a sore neck my entire adult life and have tried at least 20 different pillows. It is really firm and definitely took a week or so to get used to but I haven't had pain since I switched to this one.
