[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did not like the pillow at all. First, I bought the correct size according to the way they explained in the site. However, when I received it, the pillow was uncomfortable and It was harder than expected. I contacted customer service for a refund or exchange and they couldn't help me. I'm stuck with an expensive pillow that's uncomfortable. Not a fun experience!

I forced myself to use this pillow for a week since it was recommended to break in for a few days and my neck and back pain only got worse. I woke up with headaches every morning. Worst of all is Tempur-Pedic does not allow you to return their product for a refund if you are not satisfied. Do not buy this pillow!

Lying on the Tempur-Neck Pillow feels like lying on a bouncy water balloon.

Heads Up: Pillows are Non-Returnable

I purchased two TEMPUR-Neck Pillows, Small, as there was a "special." After opening and using ONE of the pillows for < week, I determined that the pillow was not an appropriate size... I was looking for TMJ & neck pain relief and it felt as if it exacerbated it. I reached out to customer service to ask about exchanging the second pillow that was still unopened in it's original plastic packaging AND box. I was stunned to receive a hard NO. I find it ironic that the company's reply included the line "As a zero-waste company, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on comfort items like pillows due to their personal nature" yet the company accepts returns on mattresses? Again - I was looking to exchange an **unopened, unused** pillow and was declined. We have a Tempur-pedic mattress and sadly, the company has lost us as a customer.

She could not even make it through the first night of sleep with this pillow. She tried multiple times to use it but could never get through a single nights sleep. Worst of all is Tempur-Pedic does not allow you to return their product for a refund if you are not satisfied. Do not buy this pillow!
