I have a chronic neck and shoulder problem due to years of overuse and abuse in athletics & coaching. This pillow gives me instant relief and allows me to sleep very well at night. I mostly sleep on my back due to having to use a CPAP Machine and this contour pillow has made that much easier than it was before I started using it. I am very satisfied with this product and highly recommend it.

It's unfortunately not near as firm as the same pillows I've bought in the past. I really loved the firmer pillow for more cervical support. This was the only pillow that let me wake up without neck pain. I am so bummed.
