[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Side sleeping is not as comfortable as before in the 2000s, from shoulder to top of the head needs and used to be higher and the pillows response IS NOT THE SAME AND THAT MAKES ME SAD, it's like no sinkage of the pillow conforming to my head anymore, the pillow is very dense no give (stiff, hard)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Is my second Tempurpedic pillow. I'm very disappointed with the comfort. It's definitely not the same as my first pillow that I purchased four years ago. It's hard, it's not comfortable, and it's too flat. Apparently, I didn't read the fine print because I thought I could return it within 30 days. However, when I called customer service, I was informed that the warranty only applies to mattresses. This will be my last Tempurpedic brand pillow.

I am strictly a side sleeper and struggled to find a position using multiple pillows to decrease the pain in my neck and trapezoid muscle. Desperate, I gave tempur neck pillow a try. I can honestly say after a few days the structure and support of this pillow has decreased my discomfort significantly. It supports my head and neck reducing the pull on my muscles. I highly recommend to those who suffer from neck pain.

My neck cramped after one night sleeping on such a hard and uncomfortably designed pillow. Truly I was shocked. And by the heartless customer service that refuses to even let a customer return an UNOPENED BOX --THE PRODUCT STILL IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNTOUCHED!
