Way too hard

I have owned a tempur neck pillow for YEARS and YEARS, and it was time to get a new one. I got one, and it was not the same at all. I am so disappointed because I don't want to order a new one, this website says no return policy on pillows. I will stick to my old one, I guess. Did you guys change the formula??? It does smell, and they always smell, I just give them time to air out and after awhile the smell goes away.

Too hard, hurts my neck.

I had this pillow 10 years ago and it was my favorite pillow about two years ago I lost it traveling so When I returned home I ordered new one. I hate the new pillow it's so hard it hurts my neck. Wish I could exchange it for something much softer yet supportive.

I have had a Temper Pedic pillow for 11 years and just wanted to replace it. The new one is not of the same quality and size. I'm sorry that you're product is not the same .

Incredibly small

Ugh. Let me start by saying I've had a tempurpedic pillow for 12+ years and love it but figured I was due for a new one. I ordered the neck pillow as I am primarily a side sleeper while I previously had a symphony. The neck pillow is fine but it's about the size of a travel pillow. My standard pillowcase looks ridiculous on it. It's comfortable but if you move at all while you sleep you have to bring it with you, and I'm a very small adult woman. Very very disappointed.

Worst pillow! Previously owned a tempurpedic neck pillow from a few years back and got a new one thinking it would be the same. Couldn't sleep at all with it makes all my neck problems worse, wouldn't recommend for anyone
