I've bought this type of pillow several times over the years (different brand) and loved them all! I hate this one. I measured according to instructions in order to choose right size and the pillow is too big for my neck. My head does not set in the curve like it should because the neck part is too high. Now I have neck pain. It's also way too firm and if I lay on my side too long it hurts my ear. One positive is it didn't have that strong smell like most do and have to air out for days before you sleep on it, but I would rather have the smell and air it out then have a terribly uncomfortable pillow. Very unhappy!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Felt great, at first!

I've used this pillow for over 6 months. When I first started using it, I loved it. My neck wasn't sore in the mornings and I felt like I didn't toss and turn as much. The last month it hasn't been so comfortable. The memory foam now feels too firm and I'm not sleeping as well, and I'm also waking up frequently with neck pain. Unfortunately, I had to buy a different pillow. This product is great if you like a firm memory foam with great neck support.

We have owned neck pillows in the past. After purchasing our mattress and loving it we decided to try the pillows. We purchased 2 neck pillows and we were very disappointed. First one on her chest was a medium sized neck pillow and it was way too small and very stiff and hard. The second one we purchased was the large neck pillow just to try it out thinking maybe it would be better than the medium. The large neck pillow also was much smaller than what we thought a large pillow would be and it was definitely way too stiff and hard. We have had them for about two months now and still they are very uncomfortable. We have tried numerous occasions sleeping with the pillows and they are very uncomfortable and We end up waking up in more pain than when we went to bed.

To hard and DOES NOT cradle your neck

I was constantly waking up to move the pillow around to find the perfect placement for it because of all its great reviews. I woke up with neck pain and a slight headache because of it and I understand that you cant return it but I think that isn't exactly user friendly. Just more money for the company I guess.

This pillow just feels cheaper made then your products are use to and its just not as comforatable as your pillows. I really don't like that much and would recommend skipping buying this one

It's worth every penny, I love it! I have pain in the back for a long time and this pillow somehow does help a little. Every morning wake up, my neck won't feel tight anymore. One pity is I bought the small size cause I have a small head, however, I do feel medium size could support my neck better, because the higher side is supposed to hold your neck, not your head, and the small size has a low "high side" that is not enough for my neck.

This pillow made my neck problems worse. It was the most uncomfortable pillow I have ever used. Do not buy, especially since you are unable to return it.

Not the same quality as before.

I had a tempurpedic neck pillow as a child, and loved it. But I just bought a pair for my partner and I, and even though it's advertised as "soft" these are pretty firm from what they used to be. I should have listened to the previous reviews :(
