I've struggled with back and neck pain for years. When it was time for a new pillow I decided to try the TEMPUR-Neck pillow. I used it for seven nights and each night the pain got progressively worse. By the seventh night I could feel the design pulling my muscles in the wrong direction no matter which position I slept in. I didn't sleep at all that night due to the pain. I've switched back to my old pillow and feel much better now. Probably would have given up on the TEMPUR-Neck pillow earlier if I could return it, but wanted to make sure it was the issue because I had spent so much money on it.

I have a king bed but this pillow is too small. I want a king sized pillow. Kinda silly. I'm sure others would like a choice.

Not worth the money!

I read the reviews and was excited when they arrived. The large pillow is more like a small one. I am very disappointed after a few nights of trying this pillow. I am back using my old one now. Was hoping they had a 30 day return policy if I wasn't satisfied but they dont.

Very small and hard

I'm sad I didn't read the recent low reviews before buying. The medium pillow is so small. They are super hard. My husband couldn't stand using it for one night. It's stiffness hurt his ears when laying on his side. I'm shocked it's not of good quality with such steep prices. ♀️

After years of neck pain, and tossing and turning I made a search for a pillow to help alleviate this. Looking back I should have gone to a store to try, but after the great reviews I figured I couldn't go wrong. I Measured, ordered a medium, and was really excited when my pillow arrived. It was much smaller than anticipated which didn't bother me too much, but the density and firmness are what did me in. I fell asleep fine after trying different positions, with the large side contoured in the crook of my neck. Waking in the night and turning over, the ear I'd been sleeping on was painful because of the pressure of my head on the pillow. I ended up switching back to my old pillow to try to finish sleeping. I was discouraged to find there is no return policy, which I understand, but I wish had been more evidently displayed. I'm out $100 and I know if I'd just gone to a store, one try on this pillow would have not had me purchasing it. I'm sure sure if you're a memory foam lover it's wonderful, as for me, I cannot give this a rave review.

I have experienced neck & back due to inadequate pillows. I was hopeful that the tempurpedic neck pillow was the answer. (I have the set of mattresses and I love them). However the pillows, (mind you this is my second set of pillows) are terrible. Like many of the other reviews, I have awaken with more stiffness than before and sometimes headaches. I don't know if they were better quality in the past, but these are awful. I've tried to give myself more time to adjust to them b/c of the ridiculous 'no return' policy, and I've come to accept I've wasted my money. I would NOT recommend these pillows at all.
