Not the Same Tempur Material as Before

I wish I had read all the other one star reviews...like many of these people I was looking to replace my 15 year old original Tempur neck pillow. The material is not even the same! The original had some give and was comfortable. This new material has little to no give and gave me insane neck and shoulder pain. I am primarily a back-sleeper, occasionally a side-sleeper, and I purchased according to their chart and got the medium. I probably should have gotten the small as it measured closer to my original pillows dimensions. However, I was anticipating it to be the same material and was looking for a little more height to compress down. Be warned if you are looking to replace a 10 plus year old neck pillow...it ain't gonna be the same.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Comfortable but firm

Tempur-neck pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like these pillows but I think I should have ordered a smaller size. The ones I got with my bed needed replacing. I will have to say, my original pillows were much more comfortable than the new ones. I do love my bed!!

Amazing pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I both can't sleep without it! I have less neck and shoulder issues. It's comfortable and not hot either. This time the pillow seemed a little more firm than usual and took a few 'breaking in' but now is great
