[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had neck pain for years and this is the first pillow that has really helped. The pillow is firm but that support is what helped prevent my neck from being so stiff and sore. Thank you Tempurpedic!

No more neck pains

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased two for myself and my husband. Both of us were suffering from neck pains and it got so much better after using the Tempur-Pedic pillows. However, it feels little too firm for me. I might want to try softer option in future.

Not what I expected

After receiving the product abs using it for a few nights i noticed my quality of sleep has not improved and the pillow was uncomfortable to sleep on leaving me with neck problems in the morning. I would not recommend this product.

Found this to be very uncomfortable. Got very little sleep and woke up with a stiff neck. Found out they don't accept returns like most other pillow companies.

Second Tempurpedic Neck pillow I have purchased and I have to say my sleep has improved greatly! Years ago, a back injury, my first Tempurpedic pilIow, everyone wanted my pillow, and not really sure why I didn't replace it life happened. I do know from trying other imposter brands didn't compare, I returned them! The best 2021 purchase I've made, the second was a week later, I got rid of the gel topper I bought 10 months ago, and ordered the Tempurpedic Topper! Going to bed is no longer dreadful. I sleep better, more peacefully, and longer than I have for past 16 months, slowly sleep and waking up is improving, from the soft, support. It's like sleeping on what I imagine is a fluffy cloud! No more is it a nightmare to wake up! Would highly recommend both the pillow and topper! My dream come true would be to own a Tempurpedic Bed! Friends own one, insisted I just lay down on it. Was d-i-v-i-n-e!
