My husband is a very sensitive sleeper but since gettingTEMPUR-Neck Pillow, he has been sleeping very well. He wakes up every morning and says he had a deep sleep with that pillow. And I do too. So our entire family switched to TEMPUR-Neck Pillow. He also advertised TEMPUR-Neck Pillow to his friends.

I ordered a TEMPUR-Neck Pillow because I had one many years ago. The new pillow is way too firm and very uncomfortable. Unfortunately there is no return on pillows. Really disappointed, for the price I expected more of the pillow.

The pillow is very hard that I wouldn't recommend it to a person who is used to something that is soft. The item is non-returnable so please be sure you're aware of the hardness of this product. I ended up leaving it in the closet RN.

My wife and I bought purchased Tempur-neck pillows based on the company's sizing chart. Both of us experienced severe neck pain from using the pillows just one night. It hurt so much that neither of us decided to try a second night. The company's policy is no returns on pillows, so we are out a lot of money for a failed "trial". On the flip side, the family cat now has a posh bed for himself as he loves the neck pillow. No point in throwing it away if someone can use it.

Overall the pillow does what it advertises. My biggest complaint it is is small. Too short, too narrow. The pillow wont stay in the pillow case because it is so small.
