I have scoliosis and this pillow helps me sleep plus helps my back relax enough to be ready for the day. We have a temperpedic mattress too but the pillow is the perfect compliment. Enhances the mattress yet stands alone and does just fine on a regular mattress.

Although the pillow has helped the pain in my neck, it is very uncomfortable, feels like my head is laying on a brick! Therefore, I do not sleep well because I am uncomfortable.

We have always used these pillows and loved them. However, I think that they have changed as they are now VERY firm, too firm for my neck. We also just bought a king size bed and they definately are not big enough for that size bed.

At first, the pillow seems very comfortable and adjusts to your neck and seems just right, but after several nights sleep, I started to get sore neck muscles due to the pillow's firmness. Found this pillow very incompatible with stomach and side sleeping also. I turn a lot in my sleep and would wake in the morning with sore neck muscles and headaches. If you just sleep only on your back, in one position, it might work for you. If this pillow were offered in a softer version, yet still supportive, it would work much better for the way I sleep.

I tried for years to replace a neck pillow that was stained, likely full of dust mites, etc. Nothing worked until I bought the tempurpedic. Not only was it an improvement but for the first time in years I can sleep many hours without waking. It is more firm than I was use to so it is an acclimation process. I am so happy that I think on the next BOGO I will buy again so I can have it for the future in case they change the design. Strongly recommend
