Pillow very small, very firm, and not returnable

Beware that you cannot return this item. The pillow is very small (length wise). A standard pillow case is too large for the pillow. The pillow is also very firm. That may be your preference, but it was so firm for me that my neck hurt every night I slept on it. I tried it for about a month and every night I woke up with neck pain.

I was somewhat disappointed. It felt soft to the touch but when you lay your head on it it feels like you are sleeping in a rock. I went back to my old pillow after about a month. You said to be honest. This pillow may work for some but not for me.

I purchased 2 small & 2 medium to use & for gifts. Small is WONDERFUL-just right size & soft/comfortable. Medium is very, very hard, pretty elevated, & flat-out VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. None of my family members (men, women, teens) want the mediums after trying them! Wasted $$$ on purchasing the mediums.

I'm sorry but you compromised the quality. I have cervical degeneration in my C4,5,6, and 7. And need support for me neck.sorry but this is just awful and I'm someone who knows better! I wasn't going to leave a review but decided I better. I remember I had one 30 years ago. It was exceptional, but this time around awful hard as a rick and m6 neck felt worse after sleeping on it. Migraines got worse. This is no5 the quality you use to stand for. Better step up your game. I see you have more than your fair share of one stars!
