I just received this pillow today and I already know I will be returning this. It is not firm enough for me and it's way too small.

The pillow is firm, which is great for him because he doesn't sink down through the night. He has very few headaches these days and he wakes up less stiff. This is definitely a winner.

I was very disappointed to find out it can't be returned/exchanged, but you take mattresses back. That makes no sense to me.

Don't buy this pillow based on # of positive reviews. Make sure you test it if you can at a local store; otherwise don't make my mistake and end up with a useless brick with no returns. I followed the instructions and ordered a size M and its very unconfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is nothing like the original Tempur-pedic pillows that gave immediate comfort and support to the neck and that I used to recommend highly to friends. Now the Tempur-pedic pillow is hard and has no conforming squish. I made the suggested measurements and ordered the medium but the neck roll is way too large. There is nothing I can recommend for this pillow. I will not be able to sleep with it and will give it away to anybody that wants to try it.
