The Tempur pillow helped resolve serious neck pain & generally reduced tossing & turning at night. You may wish to consider the smaller profile pillow than recommended for your size if you are combining with a wedge or other item (eg after surgery or remaining upright for other reasons).

I bought my first Tempur-pedic 15 years ago. I've had herniated discs in my neck for years and when they flare up I absolutely can't sleep with any other pillow, not comfortably anyway! I noticed about 3 years ago it was time to get a new one but just kept putting it off. I finally broke down and ordered but I ordered wrong size. Customer service was amazing!!! They switched out my pillow without any hesitation! I can't imagine life without my Tempur-pedic!!!

After friends told us they purchased these and how much the loved them and all the benefits they were seeing, we decided to order one for each of us. We tried them and both of us hated them. They were too hard and not comfortable. Our friends said that it took a bit to get accustomed to them so we tried them again. They have now found a home under our bed.

Tempur pedic is not the same quality as it was before. It becomes lump and flat in just a couple of weeks. They are not the same quality of tempur pillows that I bought in the old days. I'm utterly disappointed.

The shape of the pillow is good. The pillow seems a little too soft. I should have purchased the medium size instead of the small. I am 5' 2", 150 lbs.

Not the same new one is hard

I'm super disappointed with this new version of their neck pillow. Material is different and hard. I bought the large and it was way too tall. Then I bought the small and it's super uncomfortable and made my neck sore, I woke up in the middle of the night and switched to my old pillow. This pillow is also not long enough in length. Maybe if they get enough bad reviews, they will bring back the original version. Don't waste your money until then.

best pillow for 25 years

Had a neck problem coming out of massage school 25 years ago. ..came upon Tempur- neck pillow and have been using it ever since. Many of my present clients come in with neck problems from computers and I suggest to them ONLY the Tempur Neck pillow and they all love it. I replace it every 5 years or so when the the material becomes too soft to offer proper support.
