The pillow is really hard and uncomfortable. These can't be returned either so if it doesn't work for you then you're stuck with it.

I'm 6 foot tall, 190 pounds and I bought the medium neck pillow. The pillow is too narrow. My head didn't fit in the curve of the pillow and the bump that goes under your neck forces you to sleep on your side always, that is, you can't sleep on your back because the bump is too big and pushes your neck up too much. I took advantage of the two for one deal and gave the other pillow to a friend. He had the same problems. It's just not a comfortable pillow. What's worse is that there are no returns on pillows :(

Comfort Question

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality is great, however the comfort is not good at this point. Have had sleepless nights because I feel like I am sleeping on a rock - there is no give. I'm hoping the pillow will soften a little and I will accommodate to it. What is curious is that I have purchased the neck pillow before and loved it, that is why I purchased again. Wondering if they changed something in manufacturing. I also have purchased many Temperpedic products and have loved them all.

Best sleep I've had in years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A firm pillow that curves to the contours of your neck giving you all night support. Before buying this pillow, I had to use medication to help me sleep but now I'm completely med free. My only complaint is finding pillow cases in it's size.
